 Preparatory Reading
Before you begin writing your analytic report,
read pages 40-48, which describe the assignment and provide you with
a model report. Because this is a memo report you should also review
"Memorandum Format" on pages 138-139.
Your Assignment
Administer the questionnaire
that you created in response assignment three to at least twenty-five
people and tabulate the results. I suggest you create a table that will
permit you to compute values for all possible combinations of identifying
questions. See the tabulation example
for a model.
Your report must include at least one table. The table
or tables that you include in your report do not have to represent all
of the information you have gathered. You can decide which information
to use in the report.
Tip: Be sure
that your table or tables are properly labeled and titled. Review
the information
starting on page 132 in the text.
Tip: Remember
that memoranda that are longer than one page, require a second-page
header on the second and all subsequent pages.

with gathering and analyzing original data as well as using tables in
a document.

You should be able to submit this report as
an attachment to an email. Be sure that the attached file has a distinct
name by using the following naming convention where the x's stand for
your initials.
